It is completely optional whether you wish to subscribe to our products. By creating a subscription, you always save 10%.
The subscription is created when you add a product to your cart and select your preferred delivery interval. You can choose an interval of 2, 3, or 4 months.
When you create a subscription, you must pay by credit or debit card, as a payment agreement needs to be established.
You can cancel, postpone, or change your subscription at any time.
In our subscription portal, you have full control over your subscription. Here, you can postpone your next delivery so that it better suits your needs, or you can choose to cancel your subscription completely if you wish.
It’s quick and easy, so you can always adjust your subscription according to your preferences.

If you need to make changes to your subscription that are not possible to make through the portal, you can contact us at hello@drstine.uk, and we will be happy to assist you.
You can cancel your entire subscription, or only individual products, through the subscription portal. You can also choose to postpone deliveries or switch products.
Skincare
Our products are developed for all skin types, but there may be differences in which products are best suited to different skin types. On this page, you can read more about the different skin types and which products are best suited to each of them.

Pregnant:
You can use all of our skincare products during pregnancy, with the exception of SUPERFOOD Multipurpose Vitamin Face Gel, as it contains vitamin A in the form of Retinyl Palmitate. As a precaution, pregnant women are advised to avoid skincare products containing vitamin A. If you have already used SUPERFOOD during pregnancy, there is no reason to be concerned. The recommendation is based on a precautionary principle.
Breastfeeding:
You can use all of our skincare products, including SUPERFOOD Multipurpose Vitamin Face Gel, while breastfeeding.
When it comes to supplements, we always recommend consulting your doctor.
If you have known allergies or are particularly sensitive to certain ingredients, we always recommend checking the product’s ingredient list before use. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, you should consult your doctor.
A 50 ml tube usually lasts 2–5 months, depending on how much product your skin needs. For most people, an amount equivalent to a small pea is sufficient per application.
Your needs may vary depending on both your skin type and the season. Dry and mature skin may need more product, and in winter the skin often needs extra moisture.
When using a day cream with UV protection, it is important to apply a sufficient amount to achieve the stated sun protection and reapply as needed.
All of our skincare products are vegan and free from parabens and microplastics. WASH is also fragrance-free.
Some ingredients are organic. The packaging specifies which ingredients this applies to.
When the skin reacts while getting used to a new skincare routine, this may be due to both the condition of the skin and the active ingredients in the product.
The skin is a living organ that can take around 6 weeks to adapt to a new skincare routine. It is therefore not unusual to experience mild flaking, itching, small bumps or similar symptoms for a short period when introducing new products. However, the symptoms should be mild and temporary and disappear quickly.
How to manage the adjustment period:
Take a short break from the product until your skin has returned to normal. Then gradually reintroduce it. For example, try using the product every other day for a period, and then gradually increase to once a day.
Gradual introduction is particularly recommended if you have sensitive skin.
The skin is a living organ that takes around 6 weeks to adapt to a new skincare routine. You should therefore always use a new skincare range or product for at least 6 weeks.
The clinical studies conducted on our products have lasted 8 weeks to document their effects over time.
How quickly and to what extent you experience results is highly individual and depends on the condition of your skin at the starting point. Factors such as the skin’s moisture level, hormonal status, age, season, individual skin condition, previously used products, as well as exposure to sun, wind and weather can affect the results you experience.
Some people may therefore experience greater improvements than others, and we cannot guarantee that everyone will achieve the same or desired results.
How quickly and to what extent you experience results is highly individual. Everyone’s skin starts from a different point. Have you taken good care of your skin throughout your life, or have skincare and sun protection not previously been a regular part of your routine?
Age, skin type and condition, moisture level, previous skin damage, eczema, illness and genetics are some of the factors that may affect the results. External factors also affect the skin’s needs and therefore how the skin responds to products. For example, most skin types need a richer cream or more product during the colder months.
Because both starting points and results vary from person to person, our products have been evaluated in clinical studies. This makes it possible to assess the effects of the products on a more general basis.
In the long-term studies, the products were used daily as the only skincare product for 8 weeks. The effect on the length and depth of wrinkles was assessed by comparing 3D scans of the skin before and after the test period.
In the clinical studies examining the effect on skin firmness and elasticity, a Cutometer was used to measure the skin’s elastic properties.

Are the products free from parabens and fragrance?

In tablet form, the ingredients are compressed tightly together, giving you the same daily dose in a significantly smaller volume.

Dr.Stine has developed a complete range of supplements designed to be used together and complement one another. You can therefore safely combine several Dr.Stine products, as long as you follow the recommendations on the individual packaging.
For supplements from other manufacturers, we cannot guarantee compatibility, as the ingredients and dosages may vary.
LONGEVITY COMPLEX should not be combined with other supplements containing green tea (EGCG). The product is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18. If you are taking prescription medication, the product should only be used after consulting your doctor.
Our COLLAGEN supplement contains VERISOL® collagen, which is derived from cattle and is therefore not vegan.
LONGEVITY COMPLEX is vegan.
The tablets have no noticeable aftertaste and are designed to be easy to take as part of your daily routine.
