SALES AND DELIVERY TERMS
General Information
Your use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions below. By using any part of this website, completing your customer registration with us, or placing an order on the website, you accept these terms and conditions, which also include our privacy policy.
Dr.Stine does not guarantee that all items shown in the online store are always in stock. If you purchase a product that is not available, Dr.Stine reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, you will be contacted directly by Dr.Stine.
Taxes and Fees
All prices are shown in GBP and the customer will be charged in this currency. All prices in the online store include UK VAT (20%).
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you will be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees applied upon arrival in your country. Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Shop Pay
Once your order has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation will include your payment reference, the total order value, and the amount charged to your chosen payment method. You will also receive an email update when your products have been packed and shipped.
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel your order in accordance with our Returns Policy. In addition, we provide the following specific options for order changes and certain types of purchases:
Order Changes Before Fulfilment
We allow limited changes to orders and purchased products in the period after purchase but before the order has been processed for fulfilment. Examples of possible changes include:
- Adding, removing, or changing products in the order
- Making limited changes to the delivery address or recipient details
These changes must be requested by the customer through the chat function on drstine.uk.
The available time frames for making changes are:
- For orders placed after 16:00 on weekdays, changes are possible until 07:00 the next weekday morning.
- For orders placed after 08:00 and before 11:30 on weekdays, changes are possible until 11:30 the same day.
- For orders placed between 11:30 and 16:00 on weekdays, changes are possible for up to 30 minutes after the order is placed.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that order changes will always be possible, and deviations from the stated time frames may occur. Once an order has been processed for fulfilment and packed for shipping, no further changes can be made.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeated deliveries based on the duration and frequency of the subscription you select. Your payment information will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery.
You can skip, change, or cancel your subscription before fulfilment by logging into your Dr.Stine account at drstine.uk, using the email address you used when creating the subscription.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet released. Payment will be taken in full at checkout.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may still request a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Claims and Returns policy
We naturally hope that you are very satisfied with your new Dr.Stine product! However, if this is not the case, we would like to hear from you.
Please note: Dr.Stine does not offer any treatment guarantee or promise of a specific result. All skin types are different, and therefore results may vary from person to person.
If you discover any defect when receiving the product, please contact us at hello@drstine.uk with details of the issue. You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at hello@drstine.uk within 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the seal intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics if the seal has been broken after delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you cancel your order, we will refund the full price you paid for the products.
