I like that the packaging of the products is simple and not overly fancy with unnecessary extra wrapping. The focus is on the quality of the product and not on how pretty the packaging is. Quick delivery and good customer service. I also like that they provide tips on new smart ways to use the products, such as when they gave a tip to use night cream as day cream in cold weather because it helps protect the skin.

The service here is so good, if you have ordered a product that is not in stock, you will receive a clear and explicit message immediately by email about it, and when the expected delivery time is, and I like this... The products that are in stock are quickly sent and arrive very quickly, shipping costs for sample packages are a real price not overpriced with double as some other online stores do. And most importantly, the products are absolutely lovely and work quickly, you notice a difference in the skin after just one week, which is so incredibly fun after having had problem skin for a long time.
